Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day return window for all purchased items. Customers may initiate a return request within this period if the product does not meet expectations, arrives damaged, or does not match the described condition.

All return processes are completely free for customers. There are no return shipping fees or handling charges to be borne by buyers, ensuring a worry-free return experience.

Once returned items are received and inspected by our warehouse team, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued in the same transaction currency used at checkout.

Items for return must remain in original condition, unopened, unused, and with intact packaging. We reserve the right to decline refunds for items that show signs of excessive use, damage caused by personal misuse, or incomplete packaging.
